I had a great experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond to assist me. The location is fantastic, right by the quay, which made it convenient for my day trip to the beautiful Ha Long Bay. The hotel also organized a fantastic and reasonably priced tour of the bay, which was a lot of fun. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. a clean hotel with good facilities and friendly staff.

The staff were really helpful and friendly during our stay. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The location was perfect for our day trip to the nearby attraction, just a short walk away from the pier.
While the hotel was comfortable, it's clear that it's seen better days and needs a bit of updating. The pool was out of action during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was great! the room had a beautiful view of the harbor and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and it was easy to find delicious local restaurants.
Though there was construction noise during the day, it didn't really bother us as we were out exploring most of the time. the hotel could use some updating and the decor was a bit outdated.

We had a great time exploring the nearby harbor and taking our excursion from there.
The swimming pool was out of action, which was a disappointment.
